If you are a tenant and have an emergency over the festive period, please leave a message on our emergency line 07717 005779 and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. It is important that this service is ONLY used in an emergency (i.e. burst pipe, gas leak, boiler failure etc)


In case you were not yet aware, we are now able to offer residential sales as well as lettings along with commercial property sales and lettings. So if you have a property that you wish to sell or let, please contact the team to see what sets us apart from our competitors.


Insurance Renewals - AN IMPORTANT READ


The purpose of this email is to inform you that we are improving the level of service we provide to you in relation to Belvoir Insurance Products, these enhancements in service will help greatly in dealing with renewal of insurance policies.

For a copy of our updated general Terms of Business, please click on the links below. Please pay particular attention to clauses relating to Insurance, these are:

  • Our Service for Belvoir Insurance Policies

  • Deduction of Insurance Premiums from Rental Income and;

  • Notification of Mid-term changes. 

In short this means that we will now be able to exchange information with your insurance company, including pay Endsleigh Insurance Services on your behalf by deducting Landlord Insurance Premiums that are due from time to time from your Rental Income and help you notify Endsleigh of on-going changes, such as changes in occupancy.  

Please do take time to read and fully understand the attached general Terms of Business and if for any reason you are unable to agree to any part, please notify us immediately.

We cannot emphasise enough the importance of you being SATISFIED that you DO have sufficient insurance cover. If you are in any doubt, please email us in the first instance andover@belvoirandover.com (due to call volumes on this subject, we advise not to telephone through your enquiry). If you know for certainty that your insurance is with another provider and you wish to save money, please contact us giving us your approval to pass your details across to Endsleigh.

The best news is that unlike last year, we can now collect the premiums on your behalf if we manage the property by taking it from rental earnings. This will make it much easier for you as no admin is required.

Goodness - where is the year going? We're into May already and the weeks are flying by! The world of property is experiencing a buoyant time at the moment, with houses selling fast and rental properties being taken within days of becoming available. In fact, things are so strong at the moment, that we frequently see houses selling at higher than asking price, as multiple viewers make higher offers to secure a property. Recently, we've seen a significant increase in new landlords buying property to let and existing landlords extending their portfolios. It's no surprise that with bank interest rates so low and yield from property starting at a minimum of 5%, that its a no-brainer where to put cash that's currently sat in the bank! Have you been watching 'Under offer - Estate Agents on the job' on BBC2 recently? We've all been watching and enjoying it in our office. We'd love to be selling some of those houses in London and the Cotswolds, but some of the properties at the other end of the scale - maybe not! Here at Belvoir! 2013 Round Up Newsletter

It has been a busy start to the year with an unprecedented number of new and experienced landlords coming in looking to buy to let. Property is selling quickly too with many achieving full asking price offers. Lettings is still our core business. We have seen substantial growth in this area of our business. 2013 saw the acquisition of not one, but two local estate agents and our office move to it's new prime location on Bridge Street, just along from the River Anton. Our team has grown in 2013 to a new high of 10 staff. This means even more people looking after specific areas to ensure they are specialists at their job.
